Mission Statement

The mission of the Annie Burnside Media Center is to promote reading, build literacy, and support teachers and students, and the curriculum. 

What's happening in the library?

2nd Grade: No David 

After reading David Shannon's new book, That's Not Funny David, Mrs. Lindler's students made their own No David pictures. 

 

Kindergarten: Our School

After Kindergarten students read If I Built a School by Chris Van Dusen, they worked together to design their dream school.

Choosing "Just Right" Books

3rd-5th grade students have been taking a deeper dive into Destiny Discover.  They have used the Advanced Search Feature to limit book browsing by interest and reading levels and by genres.  

Use Destiny Discover to search the library catalog.
